Turnaround time is very important to Rev. Getting work back to customers quickly is something we’re always looking to improve.
Turnaround time is defined as the time between the customer placing the order and receiving the completed file(s). There are two primary components of total turnaround time:
○ Claim time: time between customer placing order and job being claimed by a Revver. ○ Job turnaround time: time between Revver claiming the job and submitting the job. Rev gives the freelancer a due date, and the job is expected to be submitted by the due date.
For this exercise, there are two questions. One is about job lateness and includes a dataset for you to analyze. The other question is about claim time and does not require you to look at any data.
