Complete a Porter 5 forces industry attractiveness analysis for the eCommerce division. Identify the two largest competitors by market share %. For each of the 5 forces rank the strength of the force on a scale of 1 (weakest) to 10 (strongest). In one or two sentences each, justify each of your strength rankings.
Based on your analysis, identify which of the four Porter primary strategies you recommend for the eCommerce division. Justify, in 150 words or less, why your proposed strategy will result in the eCommerce Division successfully competing with Amazon.
Using the value chain model, and identify which elements of the value chain model in the existing retail Walmart stores. In one or two sentences each, describe how the identified value chain elements will change.
Four or more Goals. For each Goal identify appropriate metrics for measuring progress toward achieving the Goal. For each goal, describe in 150 words or less, how each goal contributes to achieving the Mission. For each metric describe, in one or two sentences, how the metric measures success in achieving the goal.
Create a table containing the 4 goals, and for each goal create 2 or more initiatives to achieve each goal, identifying 2 or more tactics for each initiative. For each initiative, describe in one or two sentences how the initiative contributes to achieving the goal. For each tactic describe in one sentence how the tactic contributes to achieving the initiative.
