What is mixture and it’s types

Ans Most of the material that we come across in our daily life are mixture .A mixture may be solid ,liquid or gas For example, water from a pound or river is a mixture of Many salt,sand and clay particles. The water that we drink also contains very small amount of various salt dissolved in it .The air around us is a mixture of some gases such as oxygen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide,argon and water vapour .Some dust particles and smoke particles are also present in air .Many substances such as milk jaggery (gur), sharbat drink ,ect which appear to contain only one type of substances are fact mixture . They contain different types of substances present in them thus

Types of mixture there are two types of mixture

1. Homogeneous mixture

2. Heterogeneous mixture
