Introduce the leader and the key decisions, behaviors, and/or characteristics you believe make this person an emotionally intelligent leader. 

Apply the appropriate emotional intelligence domains and competencies discussed in the Goleman text to this leader and how they relate to the fruit of the Spirit the Apostle Paul discusses in Galatians 5:22-23.
