In the last part of your report, you will have to assess approaches to performance management and appraisal and the factors involved in managing a work-life balance and their implications for individuals. Before you finish you will have to first evaluate the use of tools and techniques to measure human resource interventions and then finally identify areas for improvement through reflection.
