About Ai Integration Proposal
You will develop a proposal (5–7 content slides) for integrating an AI-driven emerging technology (e.g., generative AI tools, predictive analytics, machine learning systems, or AI-enabled platforms) into a real or fictional organization to enhance a specific workplace process such as training, collaboration, performance management, decision-making, or knowledge sharing.
Your presentation should simulate a pitch to organizational decision-makers (represented by your course professor) and must include:
1. Technology Overview: Briefly explain the AI technology, its core capabilities, and how it qualifies as an “emerging” innovation in your field or industry.
2. Application to Organizational Development: Describe how this technology will reshape specific organizational behaviors and processes. Use theories or models where relevant.
3. Expected Outcomes: Articulate the projected benefits: improvements in performance, efficiency, engagement, or learning.
4. Potential Risks and Ethical Considerations: Identify challenges, including employee resistance, data bias, privacy concerns, or ethical use of AI in the workplace.
5. Implementation Strategy: Outline a phased rollout plan and explain how you would assess success. Highlight change management and communication strategies.
6. Use of AI in Assignment Development: You are encouraged to ethically use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, AI design tools) in preparing your proposal. Include a final slide explaining how AI was used in your research, content development, design, or editing process. Be transparent and thoughtful in your reflection.
