The paper needs to have a Title page, abstract page, three to four pages body, and a References page for a minimum total of six pages.
Go to the sample paper in the APA manual pages 50 – 67 for review. Include research citations (author’s last name, date of publication), a title page, abstract, double spaced, hanging indented references. Also, you can introduce research findings with author’s name. For example, Smith (2025) found evidence….
Note that the research methodology section needs to be how you would set up a research study on a leadership topic. Research design is a very creative process. Think about how many participants (usually 30 or more) to survey or observe or rate. Look up measures (use APA Psych Tests) or textbook surveys to use within the methodology section. Even consider if several leader types need to be studied across different organizations and/or institutions.
